Therapy is unfortunately expensive, however, free or low cost services are available! Psychotherapy tends to be more expensive than counselling due to the longer investment in training by the therapist and higher costs associated with supervision.

Your GP can refer to further within the NHS Mind have a useful video here on how to have this conversation with your GP. Please consider approaching them to discuss your specific situation. They may be able to support you with options such as medication whilst waiting for an appropriate appointment.
Wiltshire Talking Therapies You can phone them to self-refer (they prefer self-referral where possible) 01380 731335. This is a free service.
Charities – I personally have worked with Help Counselling who work on a donation basis, and I found them to be offering a great service with volunteer counsellors very well supported, sessions are limited to a maximum of 16.
